Gorgonzola arancini

The arancino is a typical product of Italian culture. It originates in Southern Italy, in Sicily, and has a crispy crust concealing a soft and tasty heart. The filling can vary: the classic is ragu, but there are also arancini filled with ham and mozzarella, spinach and mozzarella, gorgonzola, etc.
The arancino is now very popular among adults and children all over Italy.

  • Ingredients: rice, broth, butter and salt, with a gorgonzola filling and a crunchy breaded coating.
