Parc’s Arancini Prosciutto and Mozzarella combine the tradition of Italian cuisine with an advanced production process that guarantees continuity of taste and performance at every stage of the supply chain. The product is pre-fried in high oleic sunflower oil and packaged in a protective atmosphere (ATM) for an extended shelf life of up to 24 days, without the use of preservatives. Ideal for the GDO deli counter or quick-service catering, they offer easy and uniform regeneration, both in the oven and in the microwave, maintaining crispness on the outside and creaminess on the inside.
