Parc was founded in 2003 within the Santa Rita Group, a company that has been active in traditional Italian gastronomy for more than forty years. Initially set up as a laboratory for the preparation of freshly cooked products for the shops of the group, it was soon chosen as a supplier by third parties such as large restaurant chains, supermarkets and food distributors.
Parc's success can be attributed to its many strengths, including attention to each stage of preparation, the painstaking search for the perfect balance of flavours and textures, and above all genuineness, always with the artisanal quality that characterises the company. Then there are the carefully selected raw materials, painstaking craftsmanship and tasty traditional Italian recipes hand-prepared by expert chefs to impeccable standards of hygiene and using state-of-the-art equipment.

To date, Parc’s customers include Jollibee, Bun burger, Casa dei Cappelletti and several international retail chains. This is thanks to its modern workshop that combines the passion typical of artisanal production with state of the art technology. It currently employs 18 people who work two shifts.
Each product must be as good, genuine and tasty as if it had been prepared at home, with care and joy. And without compromise or cutting corners. That is how, in Parc's kitchens, experience, craftsmanship and, above all, a love of well-made things give rise to small masterpieces of taste.
